Screen Recordings

To expedite the support provided by Auterion, we highly recommend to record the whole screen when testing. In this way our team will be able to immediately see what happens in a certain situation, both from a video stream perspective and from an AMC UI perspective.

However, if you decide to start recording your screen, we suggest you getting a tool that can generate videos in MP4 format (like, for example, SimpleScreenRecorder if you are using Ubuntu).

If you have a screen recording in a format different than MP4, you can easily convert it to MP4 using HandBrake, a free tool available for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu.
