Please use Auterion Mission Control 1.14.6 or newer with this version of AOS:

Fix vehicle UUID and flight UID in the photo metadata when using the capture feedback from the camera. This information is then used by the Auterion suite to divide the photos into the different flights when using the suite photo upload.
