# Use MIPI Retimers

In case the distance between Skynode S and the IMX900 camera is greater than 300mm, Auterion can provide MIPI Retimers to add in series with MIPI cables, to increase the length of the cable.

* 2x MIPI Retimers\

  In this example the top MIPI-CSI connector is used\\
* 1x MIPI Camera\
  In this example the IMX900 is used\\
* 1x MIPI Cable Type A (top) and 2x Type B (bottom)\

### Connection

It is fundamental to respect the maximum length showed in the picture below.\
Starting from the camera side, the MIPI Cables order is Type A - Type B - Type B.
