# Sensors Setup

In order to perform the Sensors Setup you will need to [power up your Skynode](https://docs.auterion.com/hardware-integration/skynode/evaluation-kit/powering-skynode) and [connect it](https://docs.auterion.com/hardware-integration/skynode/evaluation-kit/connect-to-amc#setup.2) to your PC/Laptop. Make sure to switch to [Advanced Mode](https://docs.auterion.com/hardware-integration/flight-controller-customization/amcs-advanced-mode) to get access to all Sensors configurations options.

Sensor configuration and calibration is managed through **Vehicle Overview > Sensors** (only sensors appropriate for the connected vehicle type are displayed). The sensor setup-status is indicated by colored indicators: *green* (calibrated)/*red* (uncalibrated). The calibration process for each sensor is guided by on-screen instructions, and is initiated by selecting the associated button.

Auterion-powered vehicles are usually factory calibrated. In most cases they will not require re-calibration.

### Reset to Factory Calibration

To reset your sensors to the factory calibration, follow the steps in the image below.
