There are external attachment points for two LTE Antennas, and a Wifi Antenna. There is also a port for inserting a SIM card.

SIM card is typically included and preconfigured. To insert/remove, press in with another SIM (or similar tool) until there is a click sound. After clicking for removal, the SIM can easily be pulled out using fingers.
